Approximately 100 non-union staff consist of our management
group and administrative support.
While our turnover rates are low compared to industry standards,
due in part to the long service among all our committed employee
groups, we have been successful in recruiting new staff to
Grey Bruce Health Services due primarily to the range of options
that exist to build a career in health care in a dynamic and
challenging work environment while living in an environment
