The Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team Collaboration Council submitted the Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team full application to the Ministry of Health on December 11th 2020 and is now pleased to begin recruiting community members to join the Community Council.
The Grey Bruce OHT Community Council will be an advisory council made up of patient, client, resident, family & caregiver advisors who play an integral role in the development and on-going structure of Ontario Health Teams. Advisors influence meaningful change by sharing their experiences of what works well and what needs improvement throughout the health system.
If you or a family member has accessed healthcare services in Grey Bruce, and would like to help enhance the quality of health care for the residents of Grey-Bruce, please consider submitting an expression of interest to join the Grey Bruce OHT Community Council. More information on the Community Council will be shared during a Community Council Information Session to be held on March 24th, 2021 from 6-7pm via Zoom.
The Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team Collaboration Council looks forward to working with all system partners, providers, patients, clients, residents, families, caregivers, Indigenous Partners, Municipalities, community members and other stakeholders in designing an improved health system based on local needs.
